Vancouver is a city in a hurry—marked by busy schedules, constant pressure, and the pursuit of work, success, and stability. In the middle of that pace, many of us find ourselves feeling rushed, distracted, and stretched thin. Yet hurry often works against the health of our souls, pulling us away from the stillness and presence we were created for.
This series explores the invitation of Jesus to live differently—not defined by constant urgency, but by rhythms of rest, stillness, and attentiveness to God. We’ll consider what it means to slow down, to be present, and to rediscover a life shaped by communion with God rather than the demands of speed and productivity.
Whether you feel overwhelmed by busyness or simply aware that life is moving too fast, this series invites you to experience a more grounded and life-giving way of following Jesus in the midst of everyday life.
